We are living life despite our food allergies. Our allergies began with Celiac disease but haven't stopped there. Our allergies have evolved and increased over the years to now include corn.
Some of us can eat almonds and one of us can not. We have varying degrees from sensitivity to full allergy with breathing difficulties. Some of our recipes include tree nuts and/or dairy products (like egg or kefir), but all recipes can be adapted to your specific needs. Not sure how to adapt a recipe? We certainly aren't experts, and we each have our own way of dealing with recovery, but if we can help improve your quality of life in any way, it is a blessing to us all.

I made these this morning… Absolutely delicious! Now for my sugar lovers, you may want to add half-a-packet if stevia.
Plus, way cheaper & healthier than boxed GF pancakes.
Btw I used a brown rice GF flour.
