If you get in a food frenzy and think you just might fail; Try Jif peanut butter on a banana, Nestle semi sweet chocolate chips in Chobani or Oikos vanilla yogurt, or fresh fruit on Breyers Natural vanilla ice cream. I don’t feel so bad after eating something so good and reasonably healthy. If you are dairy sensitive, don’t forget the Lactaid 😉
